GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C) – Tentactical Films

1. Scope

These T&C apply to all contracts between Tentactical Films (David Bücherl) and its clients. In case of doubt, the German version shall prevail.

2. Payment Terms & Down Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, the following payment schedule applies:

• 20% upon commission (due immediately).
• 40% after the first rough cut / milestone.
• 40% after final acceptance, prior to delivery of master files. Payment term: 14 days net.

3. Revision Loops & Acceptance

Unless specified otherwise, one revision loop is included. Further changes will be charged at the current hourly rate.

The work is deemed accepted if the client does not object in writing within 7 working days.

4. Weather Risk & Cancellation

Weather:
If an outdoor shoot cannot take place due to weather, the client bears any third-party costs already incurred. Rescheduling will be billed separately.

Cancellation:
After booking:

• Up to 7 days before: 25%
• Up to 48 hours before: 50%
• Thereafter: 100% of the agreed fee plus third-party costs

5. Usage Rights & Stock Material

Usage rights are transferred only upon full payment.

The client is responsible for clearing rights for any material (music, footage) they provide.
